Who we are

Flagstaff Foundation Repair runs foundationrepairflagstaff.com. We are a free referral service: we take your details and pass them to one independent foundation repair contractor working in the Flagstaff, AZ area. We are not a contractor, we hold no contractor license, and we do not carry out any work ourselves. You hire the contractor directly and deal with them on their terms.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in the form or call, we get your name, phone number, email address, the address or area of the property, and whatever you write about the problem. Please do not send financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information. We do not want them and we do not need them.

What is collected automatically. Standard web measurement: which pages you viewed, which site or search sent you, roughly where you are based on your IP address, and your browser and device type.

We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13.

What we do with it

• Pass your request to one independent foundation repair contractor who covers your area.
• Follow up with you about that request.
• Understand how the site is found and which pages are read.
• Meet legal obligations.

Who else sees it

One contractor. This is the whole point of the site. Your details go to a single independent contractor so they can get in touch. They are not shopped around to a pool of competing companies, and we do not sell them to anyone. Once your details reach that contractor, they hold them under their own privacy practices, not ours.

Companies that run the plumbing. Netlify hosts this site and processes the form; Resend delivers our email; Google Analytics counts visits. They handle data on our behalf.

The law. If we are legally required to hand something over, or need to in order to protect someone's safety, we will.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. Google sets a cookie so it can tell one visit from another. We use it to understand how the site is found -- not to build a profile of you, and not to advertise to you. There are no advertising cookies on this site and no advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Calls, texts and email

By sending the form or calling, you agree that we and the contractor we match you with may contact you about your request by phone, text and email. Standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or just tell us.

Keeping it

We keep enquiries only as long as they are useful for following up and for keeping our own records straight, and then we delete them.

Your choices

Email info@foundationrepairflagstaff.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. One thing we cannot do is pull back details that have already gone to a contractor — you would need to ask them directly, and we will tell you who they are so you can.

Security

We take reasonable care with what we hold. No website or email system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise otherwise.

Where we link to another site, that site's privacy practices are its own, not ours.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
